Shipping policy

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day from order date. Estimated delivery times start from the day of dispatch, and should be used as a guide only.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Enjoy complimentary standard UK delivery on all orders. Orders for UK delivery are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked24 service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are sent by the Royal Mail International Tracked Service. Enjoy complimentary delivery on orders of £200 and over. Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will take 3-5 business days, deliveries to other countries will take up to 7 business days.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Please ensure you select your country to view the correct local market price, delivery times, and shipping costs. If you are ordering for delivery outside the EU, we will remove VAT from the price automatically. If we ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Please note that we do not provide a delivery duty paid (DDP) service for all countries. Relevant local taxes and duties maybe added where payment is the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY DUTY PAID (DDP)

We provide a DDP service on most orders, which means all customs charges are included in the price of your order and no additional changes should be applicable. If your order has been shipped DDP and you are contacted about customs charges once the parcel is on its way, please do not pay and contact us immediately.
